Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Manager based in Quezon City. The Workforce Manager will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning, capacity planning, and program management. Key responsibilities include managing scheduling, forecasting staffing requirements, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align workforce management with organizational goals and optimize productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning methodologies
  • Strong skills in Capacity Planning and resource optimization
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with Program Management, including coordination and execution of workforce initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Atleast 2 years experience as a Workforce Manager
