Workforce Coordinator Digital Health
Aspen Medical is seeking a highly organised Workforce Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and off-boarding of clinical and non-clinical project teams
What you'll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for project teams
- Ensure all personnel are credentialed, compliant, and deployment-ready
- Manage rostering, timesheets, travel, and workforce administration
- Provide daily operational and HR support to Project Managers
- Support smooth project delivery and continuous process improvement
About you:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in recruitment, HR, workforce coordination, or project support (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR principles and workforce deployment is an advantage
