The Workforce Capability Analyst is responsible for analyzing workforce capabilities, designing development programs, and supporting organizational design. This role leverages data-driven insights to align talent strategies with business goals and ensure organizational readiness for the future.
Duties and responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement IT workforce capability strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze workforce trends, skills gaps, and future capability needs using data and analytics.
Capability Development
- Design and oversee learning and development programs tailored to IT roles and career paths.
- Lead initiatives such as technical upskilling, leadership development, and succession planning.
Organizational Design & Change Support
- o Support IT organizational design efforts to optimize team structures and role clarity.
- o Facilitate change management initiatives that enhance workforce agility and adaptability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR, IT leadership, and external partners to deliver capability-building initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders on workforce capability and development matters.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track the effectiveness of workforce initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on workforce capability progress and impact.
Policy and Compliance
- Ensure all workforce development activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain documentation and governance for capability frameworks and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
- At least 5 years of experience in conducting training, either classroom or online to big
- groups.
- Able to develop and implement curriculums used by the Department.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
