Overview:
The HRTS Expert serves as a subject matter authority for enterprise HR technology platforms within a global shared services environment. This role drives system optimization, supports large-scale implementations, and ensures HR applications effectively enable payroll, talent, performance, and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as functional lead for HR systems, managing configuration, access governance, security controls, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, and deployment of new platforms.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment readiness efforts.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for HR technology incidents and system-related issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and technology frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year supporting HR systems.
- At least 2 years experience as a Functional or Business Analyst on enterprise-level projects within a global shared services model.
Core Competencies:
- Expertise in business process analysis, data modeling, functional design, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, UKG, and Workday (including Incident, Change, Request, HR Case, Asset, and Service Catalog modules).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Effective facilitation, presentation, and communication capabilities.
