Position Overview:
The Workday HCM Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise HR technology solutions. Partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures system integrity, process efficiency, and seamless support of core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Lead configuration, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support activities.
- Administer key HCM modules, including time tracking, compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and performance management.
- Manage user access, security roles, and system integrations in alignment with business requirements.
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting expertise to resolve system issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
