Core Responsibilities:
Implementation & Design: Architect, build, and deploy Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, including modeling, complex reporting, and dashboards.
Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor, leading requirements workshops and managing day-to-day interactions with stakeholders.
Strategy & Growth: Support sales efforts, create Proof of Concepts (POCs), and develop methodologies to enhance Adaptive Planning practice.
Required Qualifications:
Certification: Active Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a big plus, not required.
Experience: 3+ years of end-to-end implementation experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Competencies:
Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning modeling and integrations.
Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or components of large ones.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Experience with Workday HCM and Finance is preferred
