Workday Implementation Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced
Workday Implementation Specialist to support their growing team. This role is part of a remote team environment and will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday implementation initiatives within a payroll-focused environment
- Manage payroll processing workflows within Workday
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to support internal stakeholders
- Configure and manage time off plans and system security setup
- Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Ensure high responsiveness and timely completion of assigned tasks
Candidate Profile
Required
- 510+ years of experience in Workday implementation
- Certified Workday Implementor (required)
- Knowledge of Workday Benefits
- Strong expertise in payroll processing within Workday
- Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills
- Experience configuring time off plans and security setup
- Prior experience in the payroll industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Availability to work between 10am8pm EST (flexible schedule within this window)
- Ability to occasionally support evenings or weekends as needed
Preferred
- Prior remote work experience
- Advanced proficiency with required tools
Compensation
Monthly compensation ranges from 41,898 - 46,554, depending on experience, role scope, and availability. Final compensation is determined during the matching process and aligned with the candidate's experience level.
