Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization We are looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage our property deals from contract to closing. This is a non-voice role focused on administrative precision and seamless coordination.

Core Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee all buyer/seller file stages from purchase agreement to final closing.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with title/escrow officers, lenders, and inspectors to ensure timelines are met.
