- Lead Nurturing: Follow up via phone, text, and email until interest is converted to a booking.
- Script Delivery: Use our proven talk tracks to handle objections and share our value proposition.
- CRM Management: Log interaction details accurately in our CRM platform.
- Manage the team's schedule to ensure zero booking conflicts.
Requirements
- Strong English Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must.
- Phone Confidence: Comfortable making calls and engaging with different personality types.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand prospect needs and respond effectively.
