We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Website Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our web properties, ensuring a flawless user experience across all devices and browsers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and will be able to independently manage projects from start to finish, engaging the development team's leadership as needed to remove roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute Quality Assurance (QA) Tasks: Perform comprehensive testing on websites to identify, reproduce, and document bugs, errors, and functional issues and provide feedback to development team members.

● Test Plan Creation & Execution: Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases based on task requirements.

● Defect Management: Log and track defects using standard reporting tools, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

● Functional & Usability Testing: Focus on verifying site functionality and overall user experience (UX) to meet high quality standards.

● Task Management: Independently manage and prioritize assigned QA tasks, ensuring all projects are completed accurately and on time.

● Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate test results, progress, and risk assessments to project managers and other stakeholders in English.

Required Qualifications:

● Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated Quality Assurance or testing role, preferably focused on web or digital products.

● Test Planning: Proven ability to create, document, and execute structured test plans and test cases.

● Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to identifying discrepancies and errors.

● Communication: Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

● Independence: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and drive assigned tasks and projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

● WordPress Experience: Prior experience testing and performing QA on WordPress-based websites or platforms.

● Familiarity with various bug tracking and project management tools, particularly Monday.

● Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP) is a benefit
