Job Summary
- Responsible for the overall management and supervision of Middle Office operations, ensuring accurate, timely and effective delivery of products and services, adhering to internal and external policies and regulations, risk and controls, and service level agreements.
How will you contribute
- Monitors all deals encoded in FWMS.
- Assigns tasks to the Operations Support Analysts and ensures that these are performed and completed daily.
- Checks the results of the reconciliation performed by the Analysts and ensures that findings are duly communicated to appropriate parties.
- Monitors the resolution of findings and ensures that the resolutions and agreements are properly documented, compliant with internal and regulatory policies, and implemented accordingly. Reports unresolved issues/concerns to Division and WMG Head.
- Escalate to WM IT Support team all encountered issues in transaction processing and reports generation. Ensure closure of all outstanding system issues on a monthly basis.
- Monitors submission of mailing instructions of clients and reports to the Group Head.
- Coordinates with third party service provider (together with Operations Support Analyst) with all issues and concerns of SOA monthly printing. Ensure correctness of SOA content and format through approvals of mock up. Implement strict adherence to the timeline of SOA printing
- Monitors regular delivery of SOA to clients as reported by the Operations Support Analyst. Supervise (together with Operations Support Analyst) third party employee and motorized messengers for the regular and timely delivery and status reporting of SOA.
- Checks correctness of bank certifications/balance confirmations prepared by the Operations Support Analyst as requested by clients.
What will make you successful
- Graduate of a 4-year business course
- Extensive knowledge of the Bank's operations, products, and services.
- Has managed a unit/department for three (3) years.
- Experience in reconciliation work.
