WFH URGENT: Inside Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to facilities, organizations, and healthcare partners to generate home care leads; follow up with referral sources and private pay clients
• Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on service eligibility; log client intake info and schedule consultations directly into Google Calendar
• Inbound & Customer Support: Field incoming calls and email inquiries, capture preliminary intake details, and route non-medical messages appropriately
• Administrative & HR Support: Assist with posting job ads on Indeed, screening candidates, tracking compliance files, logging shift reminders, and handling basic billing/invoicing
• Social Media Page Setup: Manage basic social media presence by setting up and updating Facebook and Instagram business profiles

Required Experience & Proficiency:

• Outbound Calling: Proven outbound calling and phone prospecting experience in a corporate setting or as a Virtual Assistant (Required)
• Accent & Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (Required)
• Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or medical administration (Highly Preferred)
• Google Workspace: Well-versed in Google Workspace apps, specifically Google Calendar, Sheets, and Gmail
• Dialer & CRM Tools: Experience using dialer systems (e.g., RingCentral) and CRM management platforms is preferred
