Urgent Hiring: Inside Sales Agent

We're looking for a confident and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to connect with prospective buyers and sellers, qualify leads, set appointments, and keep the sales pipeline moving. If you're comfortable making calls, building rapport, and following up consistently, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to new, existing, expired, FSBO, and internet buyer/seller leads; re-engage cold and older prospects through structured follow-ups.
• Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, needs, and readiness, then set and confirm qualified buyer and seller appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, follow-up tasks, and pipeline priorities to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Track daily sales KPIs and provide reports on calls, conversations, appointments, hot leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Communicate lead quality, objections, and trends to help improve scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Proven inbound/outbound calling and appointment-setting experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with confidence in handling sales conversations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools, with solid CRM management experience; Lofty experience.
• Experience with Landvoice, Google Calendar, Zoom, or similar tools is a plus.
• Real estate industry experience.
