StaffHero is growing and we're looking for a creative, tech-savvy AI Video Editor who knows how to blend storytelling with the power of AI tools.

If you love creating scroll-stopping content using cutting-edge AI platforms, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create short-form and long-form videos using AI tools (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube, Ads)
• Use AI platforms for video editing, voiceovers, avatars, and automation
• Transform scripts into engaging, high-converting video content
• Add captions, transitions, effects, and branding elements
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms
• Stay updated on trends in AI content creation and video marketing

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong experience using AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Understanding of social media content formats and algorithms
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience creating ads for lead generation
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
• Experience working with remote teams
