Job Title: Wellness Store Advisor

Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates with or without experience. Science-related courses are an advantage
- Must have a good English communication skills
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- Detail-oriented, focused and highly organized
- Good in time management
- Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Capable of handling changing requirements or demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries related to health and wellness products
- Recommend suitable products based on customers needs and promote overall health awareness
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and other sales initiatives
- Process sales transactions accurately while following cashiering and POS procedures
- Maintain product knowledge through training and continuous learning
- Ensure proper stocking, merchandising, and monitoring of product expiration and inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness, follow company standards, and support overall store operations as needed
