Wellbeing & Employee Support Consultant

Independent Contractor | Full-time Remote | Philippines

Work Health Strategy is a global workforce health and organisational performance consultancy helping organisations identify workforce risks, support employees and improve workplace performance.

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Wellbeing & Employee Support Consultant to join our growing international team.

What you will do

Provide confidential 1:1 online support to employees
Support employees with stress, burnout, resilience, work-life challenges and general wellbeing
Conduct structured wellbeing conversations and identify when further support or referral may be appropriate
Deliver a professional and empathetic employee experience
Contribute to wellbeing content, resources and educational materials
Work with our international team supporting organisations across different markets
Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries

What we are looking for

Background in Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health, Wellbeing, HR or a related field
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience providing employee, counselling, wellbeing or psychosocial support
Comfortable conducting confidential online sessions
Professional, reliable and able to work independently
Corporate, EAP or workplace wellbeing experience is an advantage
