Key Responsibilities
Site Maintenance & Security: Manage CMS updates, plugin integrations, and
security patches to ensure 100% uptime and protection against vulnerabilities.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve PageSpeed Insights, Core
Web Vitals, and overall site architecture to ensure a seamless mobile and
desktop experience.
Content Management: Support the content team by uploading blogs, creating
new landing pages, and ensuring all on-page elements (meta tags, alt text,
headers) align with SEO strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing and use tools like
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify friction points and improve lead generation.
Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of defense for technical bugs,
coordinating with developers for complex fixes while handling CSS/HTML tweaks
yourself.
Client Reporting: Provide monthly reports on site health, traffic trends, and
technical improvements to Account Managers and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in website management or web development (agency experience is a major plus).
Technical Stack: Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg), HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
SEO Literacy: An understanding of technical SEO (schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and URL structure).
Analytics: Expert-level knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Soft Skills: The ability to explain tech speak to non-technical clients and
manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
