The Website Manager is responsible for managing BDO's website to maintain online presence, providing customers with 24x7 access to content that support information, transaction, and engagement needs on the Bank's products and services, while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely work with the Website Lead to plan and publish content on BDO's Website.
- Manage production of content through internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Propose initiatives on BDO's online channels to help build, enhance and protect the brand.
- Review content to adhere to BDO Branding Guidelines, Marketing Communication Mandatories, and Digital Marketing Best Practices.
- Support the Crisis Response Team during the incident/crisis situation as triggered by Social Media monitoring reports, based on the Escalation Threshold Levels.
- Keep abreast with digital marketing trends, practices and standards, and monitors the competitive landscape to be able to effectively develop key materials to communicate and reach the target audience groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or other related areas.
- At least 6 years of Digital Marketing experience, specializing in website management.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
