They are expanding their offshore creative-tech team and are seeking a specialist who combines development, UX, and marketing automation expertise
About the Role
This role is ideal for a designerdeveloper hybrid who understands both technical execution and business outcomes. You will own the end-to-end digital experience building websites, funnels, and automated email systems that support enterprise-level clients.
This is an asset creation role, not a day-to-day marketing execution position. Your work builds the infrastructure that powers campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Funnel Execution
- Build and maintain company and client websites using React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar frameworks
- Develop high-conversion landing pages for campaigns and product launches
- Ensure all pages are responsive, fast-loading, accessible, and SEO-ready
- Manage hosting, integrations, and basic analytics setup
Marketing & Funnel Execution
- Build and automate email workflows using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Create funnel logic, lead forms, CRM integrations, and automation sequences
- Implement tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights)
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to test, optimise, and improve conversion performance
Branding & Digital Assets
- Design icons, banners, visuals, and layout assets
- Produce marketing materials for internal and client-facing initiatives
- Leverage AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT) for rapid asset creation
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
What this Role Does Not Cover
- Social media posting or community management
- Webinars, events, or livestream support
- Long-form content writing (blogs, articles)
- Designing individual social creatives or video ads (you will brief the creative team)
- Influencer marketing or PR
Your focus is on building scalable digital infrastructure, not campaign execution.
Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
Development & Technical
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility
- Ability to meet enterprise-level technical and quality standards
Marketing & Communication
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion psychology
- Ability to refine content structure (headlines, CTAs, layout flow)
- Experience supporting mid-to-large organisations
- Comfortable working with analytics, tracking, and A/B testing
Design & Experience
- Proficient in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, component systems)
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills
Ability to build design systems that convert and scale
Bonus Skills
- API integrations, CRM setup, and automation tools (HubSpot, GHL, Firebase, Supabase, Make/Zapier)
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video or motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Runway, Pika)
- Email or short-form ad copywriting
