Job Description

Job Description: RECODemand is seeking an Executive Webinar Coordinator to manage and support the daily operations of our Executive-tier clients running high-performing webinar campaigns. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of each client's webinarfrom setup and advertising to execution and reportingwhile ensuring exceptional communication and reliable operational support. You will work closely with real estate agents and mortgage professionals across North America in a fully remote environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong client operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee all active webinars for Executive-level RECODemand clients
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook (META) advertising campaigns to support webinar registration goals
  • Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins to ensure clients remain on track with webinar performance
  • Call and confirm attendance for all Executive webinar registrants to maximize show-up rates
  • Prepare and deliver daily webinar performance reports to the management team
  • Respond to Executive clients tickets and inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Set up and maintain webinar rooms, links, reminders, and automations inside WebinarFuel, WebinarKit, Zoom, and the CRM
  • Proactively monitor Executive clients KPIsincluding ad performance, lead volume, registration trends, attendance, and show-up ratesand alert the team to issues or opportunities

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in virtual client success or client operations roles
  • 2+ years working with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • 1+ years of experience running Facebook (META) advertising campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional client-facing tone
  • Confidence making outbound confirmation calls and resolving client questions in real time
  • Ability and willingness to work until 12:00 AM EST with consistent reliability
  • High proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, WebinarFuel, WebinarKit, and related tools

Plusses

  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Familiarity with real estate or mortgage industries
  • Experience with digital automation tools, landing page builders, or ad optimization
