Overview
As a Web Specialist, you will build, update, and maintain client websites in Webflow for our client, an AI-powered gym management platform designed for boutique fitness studios. The Web Specialist is essential to our high-volume delivery model. You will be directly responsible for executing website edits and updates with high accuracy, ensuring consistency, performance, and quality across all client sites.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong design judgment, and excels at following SOPs to deliver flawless web experiences. This is a vendor role with Highspring and the position is remote within the Manila-metro area.
Responsibilities
* Build and configure client websites in Webflow using templates and automation tools
* Customize site elements (layout, images, fonts, content) based on client requirements
* Execute ongoing website edits and updates with high accuracy
* Maintain clean structure, naming conventions, and documentation standards
* Interpret client requests and translate them into accurate web updates
* Manage high-volume edit queues while maintaining low rework rates
* Identify and escalate unclear requirements or SOP gaps
Required Qualifications
* 1+ years hands-on Webflow experience (build + edit)
* Strong design judgment (layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness)
* Strong written and verbal communication in English
* Understanding of CMS collections and dynamic content structures
* Knowledge of SEO/AEO and on-page optimization fundamentals
* Familiarity with site performance and optimization best practices
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and tracking validation
* Strong ability to follow SOPs and execute detailed instructions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with BugHerd or similar QA/edit tracking tools
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel)
* Experience in SaaS, agency, or implementation environments Webflow Specialist
* Familiarity with PushPress or similar gym management platforms
* Fitness industry knowledge
Role Details:
● Shift options within Pacific or Central Timezone:
○ Monday - Friday ○ Tuesday-Saturday ○ Wednesday-Sunday
● Maximum 40 hrs/week
