We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role,
you'll create high-performing websites and landing pages that balance sleek
design with conversion-focused functionality. You'll collaborate closely with
our marketing team to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive
measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design & Build in Webflow: Create responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Webflow's designer and CMS.
- Webflow CMS Management: Build and manage CMS collections for scalable content updates (blogs, case studies, job boards, etc.).
- Custom Animations & Interactions: Develop smooth animations, hover effects, and dynamic interactions to enhance UX.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure sites load fast and are optimized for Core Web Vitals (speed, accessibility, SEO readiness).
- Brand Consistency: Translate brand guidelines into pixel-perfect designs while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
- SEO Setup in Webflow: Configure meta tags, alt text, structured data, sitemaps, and clean semantic HTML.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with on-page SEO and performance best practices.
- Strong eye for visual design, layout, and typography.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a remote work setting is a plus!
- Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift).
- Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API integrations within Webflow.
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or UX/UI design.
