We're looking for a detail-oriented Webflow Developer who enjoys turning templates, copy, and creative assets into polished, high-performing websites. You'll work mainly with WordPress and Webflow, collaborating with design, SEO, and internal teams to build, update, and optimize sites that are clean, functional, and user-friendly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structured builds, clean layouts, and improving existing websitesnot starting from scratch every time.

What You'll Be Doing :
1) Website Build & Updates
- Build websites using WordPress and Webflow templates (copy and creative will be provided)
- Create and publish landing pages using existing layouts
- Upload and manage website content provided by clients or internal teams
- Refresh pages, update content, fix broken links, and maintain overall site health
2) Enhancements & Optimization
- Implement new features and functionality using plugins and light customization
- Work closely with the SEO team to optimize pages for search engines
- Ensure websites are responsive, visually consistent, and user-friendly
3) Collaboration
- Communicate clearly with internal teams using Slack and Gmail
- Follow designs and layouts from Figma and Adobe mockups with strong attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of front-end web development experience
- 2+ years building websites with WordPress
- 2+ years experience using Webflow
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with Figma
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work PST hours
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience implementing Rebuy launch packages
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Light coding and customization experience
- Familiarity with PHP for basic backend tasks
- Comfortable using Slack and Gmail for internal communication
