Job Duties:

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and clients to manage the day-to-day execution of web development and digital projects. The Web Development Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, managing projects from initiation through completion.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand web development project scopes and requirements
• Work with clients to obtain website content, required deliverables, and approvals
• Strategize solutions that align with client needs
• Develop project scope and pricing when required
• Assist in creating project briefs for the development team
• Monitor and report on project status
• Coordinate with leadership to manage and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
• Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and coordinate next steps
• Maintain ongoing communication with client stakeholders to address requests and needs
• Assist with content entry as necessary
• Support quality assurance reviews, including functionality testing
• Participate in departmental meetings
• Follow established workflows and processes
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive understanding of WordPress CMS
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating web development and digital marketing projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role
• Ability to evaluate web deliverables against design, content, and functionality requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High reliability and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and HTML
• Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
