Are you passionate about website management, content publishing, and digital experiences As a CMS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our websites accurate, engaging, and optimized by managing content, supporting publishing workflows, and maintaining quality standards. Working closely with marketing, product, UX, and IT teams, you'll help deliver a consistent and user-friendly online experience across global and local markets.

Your role

  • Manage and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, images, videos, and digital assets.
  • Build and publish new web pages using approved templates and content.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and consistency.
  • Apply basic SEO best practices, including metadata, page titles, internal linking, and image alt text.
  • Coordinate content requests and publishing activities with marketing, product, and regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain CMS structures, templates, digital assets, and reusable content components.
  • Support CMS users with guidance, troubleshooting, and content governance best practices.

Your profile

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, Web Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing and publishing digital content within a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals, including page formatting, links, and content structure.
  • Understanding of on-page SEO best practices and website content optimization.
  • Strong proofreading, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional websites.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and content governance processes.
  • Exposure to website accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, or digital teams in a collaborative environment.
