Job Summary
Leads the Wealth Segments & Products strategy, offering, and commercial performance to drive growth of affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) customers. Oversees product design, customer value propositions, pricing, portfolio management, and relationship delivery models, ensuring profitability, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Set the overall strategy for the Affluent/HNW segment, driving sustainable acquisition, portfolio growth, and longterm client loyalty.
- Shape differentiated value propositions, pricing, and holistic wealth solutions aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
- Anticipate market trends and competitive developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Wealth Proposition & Product Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of the endtoend wealth proposition across investments, bancassurance, deposits, and lending.
- Ensure offerings are clientcentric, commercially compelling, and aligned with risk and regulatory frameworks.
- Partner with investment, product, and advisory teams to continuously enhance the wealth platform.
Client Experience & Distribution Model
- Define the target servicing model for affluent and HNW clients across RMled, digital, and hybrid channels.
- Establish clear standards for onboarding, advisory quality, and ongoing relationship management.
- Champion digital enablement to elevate client experience and advisor effectiveness.
Financial & Portfolio Accountability
- Own the segment P&L, delivering revenue, profitability, and balance sheet objectives.
- Drive portfolio optimization, investment penetration, and crosssell outcomes.
- Monitor performance, risk indicators, and client behavior to ensure sustainable growth.
Sales Enablement & Capability Building
- Work closely with distribution leaders to strengthen RM productivity, sales discipline, and advisory quality.
- Align incentives, governance, and performance management with strategic priorities.
- Sponsor capability development, tools, and training for relationship teams.
People & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and develop a highperforming segment organization with strong succession and talent depth.
- Act as a senior stakeholder, driving collaboration across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Operations.
Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure the highest standards of conduct, suitability, and regulatory compliance across the segment.
- Provide executive oversight of risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, investments, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and advisory models as well as direct competitors products and services
- Track record in commercial strategy, segment management, and P&L ownership.
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
