Position: Warranty Administrator

Location: Two Ecom Center, MOA, Pasay, Philippines

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

Your Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will:

  • Navigate effectively between 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer warranty inquiries, demonstrating conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Process requests and enter data accurately, utilizing multiple applications at once to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Apply empathy and a strong customer service orientation to all interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of reliability, adhering strictly to attendance and punctuality standards.

What You Need: Non-negotiables

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of prior Chat experience.
  • Proficiency in the English language for both comprehension and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and utilize more than one application simultaneously to assist customers.
  • Willingness to work On-Site (Monday Friday, Full-time).
  • Must live within one hour's commute to the MicroSourcing Manila office.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience using Salesforce (Cases and Chats).
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to warranty administration.
  • Ability to work a Night Shift schedule that aligns with US EST Day hours.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively in a customer support environment.
