Job Description

Supervising and Managing Staff:
Hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse personnel, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:
Organize and maintain inventory and storage
Shipping and Receiving:
Coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Safety and Security:
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, conducting safety audits, and implementing safety procedures.
Process Improvements:
Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Adhering to SOPs:
Ensuring all warehouse operations follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and arranging for repairs or maintenance as needed.
Reporting and Communication:
Providing regular updates to management on warehouse performance, and any operational issues.
Collaboration:
Working with other team members, including warehouse staff, suppliers, and managers, to ensure smooth operations.
