Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. The role supervises warehouse personnel, monitors productivity and accuracy, enforces safety and company policies, and ensures timely fulfillment of operational requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor also coordinates with other departments, maintains inventory accuracy, prepares warehouse reports, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and performance.

What were looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations , inventory management, order management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
• Willing to work at Santa Rosa, Laguna
