Job Description

Assist in managing field and warehouse staff and lead the team to achieve operational goals.
Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, inventory analysis, and timely replenishment.
Supervise and oversee all daily activities and work inside the warehouse.
Monitor the quality status of stored materials to prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, or loss, and ensure the safety of inventory goods.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse management processes, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
Assign, direct, and review work plans and tasks of assigned staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Preferably with 35 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.
Proven experience in personnel management, including supervising warehouse staff.
Experience managing 50100 warehouse personnel is an advantage.
At minimum, at least 1 year of experience managing warehouse staff with approximately 30 personnel.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and inventory management skills.
