Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, and dispatch of goods
Verify delivered items against delivery receipts and ensure items are in good condition
Inspect loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with warehouse, safety, and shipping standards
Review delivery notices, orders, invoices, and related documents to prioritize tasks and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Manage inventory by inputting, retrieving, and analyzing data; conduct regular inventory reconciliation and physical counts
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply for operational needs and report damaged goods or discrepancies to management
Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment and machinery
Maintain up-to-date equipment and maintenance logs and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure timely and compliant operations
Enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and company policies
Conduct staff orientation and uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Innovation, Diversity, and Safety
