Job Description

Job Description:

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
Monitor and report KPI compliance
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
Candidates currently based in Sarawak are encouraged to apply
Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree equivalent
Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
Shift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangement
Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
Working pattern:45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
Working location:Kapit, Sarawak
