Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Valenzuela. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and material handling. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures efficient workflows, coordinates logistical activities, and supervises warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards. The role also includes managing equipment, such as forklifts, and ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, with experience leading and managing warehouse teams effectively
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Control practices to ensure accurate tracking and storage of goods
• Knowledge in safety standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Bachelor's Degree Holder; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are a plus
