The role is responsible for leading and supervising the receiving and dispatching teams, ensuring efficient operations, high performance, and staff development through training, coaching, and regular evaluations. It involves managing the unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, as well as coordinating accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of outgoing shipments to meet delivery schedules. The position ensures accurate inventory management through audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution while upholding quality control standards for all goods handled. Strong collaboration with procurement, sales, customer service, suppliers, and logistics partners is essential to maintain smooth operations. The role also promotes compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols, while driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and timely reporting to support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: College Graduate; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
