ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Warehouse Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig City. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, including supervising staff, managing shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper material handling, and tracking inventory. The role also includes maintaining safety standards, monitoring equipment, such as forklifts, and ensuring a smooth workflow to meet operational goals efficiently. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the management team to implement best practices and optimize productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the receiving of stocks on both warehouse (Cetacio and Pasig) which includes discharging from a Container Van or Delivery Van.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations particularly in picking process and order preparation.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- Coordinates with Procurement stocks replenishment.
- Coordinates with Logistics for timely warehouse transfer of stocks.
- Act as quality control officer inspecting returned commodities from Customers prior returning to respective suppliers.
- Prepares replenishment request.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Minimum of three (3) years relative experience.
- Knowledgeable on Automotive spare parts and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical Skills.
- Good business acumen.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- High sense of initiatives to innovate processes and problem solving.
- Ability to make critical decisions.
- Time Management and Process Innovation, Leadership, Organizational Skills.
- Computer literacy is preferable.
