• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning abilities are essential, along with effective communication and customer service.

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, leading, supervising, and coordinating day to day activities of warehouse and logistics operations. Assigns workloads of subordinates, monitors progress, target deliverables, and compliance. Coordinate interfacing activities to both internal and external stakeholders.

Manages and leads distribution activities, which include inbound shipment receiving, put-away and storage, order picking/checking/packing, dispatching, route planning and delivery, POD undertaking and reporting, payment collection, and remittance on daily delivery.

Responsible for document keeping and retrieval as needed. Monitors transportation cost and ensures on-time deliveries and reports, on-schedule pull-out, and reporting of trade returns.

Compliance on daily update of delivery on the logistics transport system.
