Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records
- Investigate and report inventory variances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory data in spreadsheets or ERP systems
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure proper stock levels
- Support the planning of reorder points, safety stock, and material availability
- Help minimize stock losses, obsolete inventory, and overstock situations
- Generate periodic inventory reports and analysis for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (e.g., Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in inventory, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Amenable to work on-site at the Severina Plant in Paraaque
- Project Based for 6 months
- Willing to work a Monday to Saturday schedule
