Job Description

Green Cross Inc., a trusted leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Staff (Project-Based) to join our team at our Severina Plant in Paraaque.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records
  • Investigate and report inventory variances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in spreadsheets or ERP systems
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure proper stock levels
  • Support the planning of reorder points, safety stock, and material availability
  • Help minimize stock losses, obsolete inventory, and overstock situations
  • Generate periodic inventory reports and analysis for management review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (e.g., Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration)
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience in inventory, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Amenable to work on-site at the Severina Plant in Paraaque
  • Project Based for 6 months
  • Willing to work a Monday to Saturday schedule
