About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to manage stock accuracy, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure efficient inventory control processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in high-volume warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures (FIFO, cycle counting, reconciliation)
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficiency
- Track and analyze inventory data to support operational decisions
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth stock movement and availability
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Proven experience in:
- Stock control procedures (FIFO, cycle counting, reconciliation)
- Handling high-volume SKU environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems (WMS, barcode systems is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
