Job Description:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
- Manages various analyses - including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
- Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations Ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
- Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- 5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related field
- Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Tunasan, Muntinlupa
