Business Process Transformation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Manager to lead the redesign, harmonization, standardization, and digital transformation of business processes across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, technology enablement, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer and employee experiences.

The Business Process Transformation Manager partners closely with business leaders, functional teams, and technology stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, reimagine end-to-end processes, develop business cases, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation and benefits realization. The role serves as a critical bridge between business priorities and the transformation roadmap, aligning process innovation with organizational goals and evolving market demands.

The successful candidate will combine expertise in business transformation, process excellence, change leadership, and technology adoption to deliver sustainable improvements in efficiency, service quality, employee experience, agility, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Redesign

• Lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation, workflow tools, and analytics.
• Define future-state processes, transformation roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage process assessment, solution design, implementation, and change adoption.
• Track KPIs, benefits realization, cycle-time reduction, and operational improvement.

Technology & Automation Integration

• Partner with technology teams to implement scalable digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, workflow tools, and other digital technologies to business processes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate solutions based on business value, feasibility, scalability, risk, and user adoption.
• Lead AI and automation use cases from ideation and prioritization through pilot, implementation, and scale-up.
• Promote responsible use of AI, ensuring appropriate governance, data privacy, security, and human oversight.
• Help build organizational capability and understanding of AI and digital transformation.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Challenge existing ways of working constructively and help teams adopt new processes and technologies.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.
• Contribute to the definition of process governance models and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership on transformation priorities, timelines, and desired business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience with AI, intelligent automation, process mining, workflow platforms, or low-code solutions.
• Proven track record in process analysis and redesign.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, process owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and project leadership skills. .
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, or similar approaches is preferered
