Performs picking, packing, and releasing of stocks.
Ensures accuracy of released stocks versus processed orders indicated in the invoice.
Branch and Warehouse Maintenance
Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the branch and warehouse.
Assists in organizing products in the warehouse following the First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expiry First Out (FEFO) standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
Assists in monitoring proper warehouse ventilation and ensures required temperature and humidity levels are maintained.
Assists in the Implementation of security guidelines in the warehouse and store area.
Assists in securing the key to the warehouse and restricts unauthorized persons.
Assists in ensuring proper storage and stacking of stocks.
Maintains branch cleanliness or orderliness.
Checking and Receiving of Deliveries
Assists in the receiving and verification of delivered stocks as against delivery Stock Transfer Report (STR).
Assists in the inspection of received stocks for damage or breakage.
Assists in ensuring accurate documentation and efficient filing of received documents.
Inventory Management
Assists in performing Daily Cycle Count of the stocks
Assists in performing Daily Cycle Count of the stocks
Assists in the preparation of the warehouse for incoming deliveries, ensuring adequate space is available to accommodate the incoming stocks.
Together with the Warehouse Custodian, analyzes inventory levels and determines additional stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed bulk orders by the Dreams Fulfillment Officer.
Assists in organizing stocks in the supermarket according to the approved planogram,including booster or promo displays.
Assists in the preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to the dealers.
Customer Service
Observes friendly, respectful, and professional behavior towards dealers.
Assists dealers with bulk orders in bringing out the stocks to their mode of transport.
Other Tasks
Performs other branch operations tasks and/ or activities as needed.
Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.
