The Warehouse Custodian is responsible for overseeing the overall warehouse operations and management, including the receiving of products delivered to the branch, accounting for the stockinventory, managing the inventory levels of goods, and implementing good warehousing practices. The Warehouse Custodian also performs impactful merchandising of products or promos.
- Warehouse Maintenance and Management
- Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.
- Manages and organizes products in the stockroom following the First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expiry First Out (FEFO) standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
- Monitors proper warehouse ventilation and ensures required temperature and humidity levels are maintained.
- Implements security guidelines in the stock room and store area.
- Secures key to the stock room and restricts unauthorized persons.
- Ensures proper storage and stacking of products.
- Ensures security and safety of the warehouse.
- Checking and Receiving of Deliveries
- Receives and verifies delivered products against the Stock Transfer Report (STR).
- Inspects the product for damage or breakage.
- Ensures accurate documentation and efficient filing of received documents.
- Inventory Management
- Performs efficient and quality Daily Cycle Count of the products.
- Performs Wall-to-Wall inventory count as required.
- Prepares the warehouse for incoming deliveries, ensuring adequate space is available to accommodate the incoming stocks.
- Analyzes inventory levels and determines additional stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed bulk orders by the Dreams Fulfillment Officer.
- Manages and organizes products in the supermarket according to the approved planogram, including booster or promo displays.
- Assists in the preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to the dealers.
- Monitors the aging of unfulfilled/ unserved invoice orders.
- Repeat Purchase Order
- Supports the branch in performing Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) Heart-to-Heart (H2H) calls upon completion of critical warehouse and inventory management tasks for the day.
- Other Tasks
- Performs other branch operations tasks and/ or activities as needed.
- Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.
