Position Objective
To support our goals by ensuring accurate and timely inventory records and secure stock keeping methods.
Key Accountabilities
- Make RR, STRRs during stock receipt and transfers
- Make IRs for breakages, product damage, defects and other incidents
- Submit any cancellation of RR or STRR to Branch Supervisors
- Monitor stock levels through stock cards and order stocks as needed
- Encode orders for stock replenishments
- Prepare inventory data to follow cycle calendar and implement cycle count
- Conduct Inventory Variance and Root Cause Analysis
- Encode Stock Counts for any inventory adjustments
- Encode Product Branding
- Process and File Warehouse Requisitions
- Manage warehouse facilities and layout to ensure optimized space use, secure and safe storage of inventory, and proper arrangement and labeling
- Ensure warehouse facilities are in good condition, safe, well ventilated and conducive for work
- Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, work quality, discipline and company policies
- Ensure Tools and Equipment issuance is followed by tool keeper
- Assist in disposal of scrap and defective items following company guidelines (authorization forms)
- Reconcile and verify any returned items
- Check that all retasos are properly filed and recorded
- Audit compliance: minimize open PLs and un-encoded Sales Returns
- Conduct weekly meetings with warehouse team and coordination meetings with sales
- Maintain updated stock status board (out of stock, low stock, on order)
- Conduct and report year-end inventory
- Ensures to pass all audit compliance
