Verify all incoming products against Delivery Receipts, Packing Lists, and Purchase Orders using RF scanners and WMS entries.
Conduct visual inspections of quantity, expiration dates, labels, packaging integrity, and product condition.
Perform and record temperature checks using calibrated probes as per cold chain protocols.
Ensure pallet tags are system-generated, accurate, and securely attached to each pallet.
Supervise unloading and palletizing activities to ensure they follow QA/QC and WMS standards.
Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness, leftover load, foul odor, and general hygiene before accepting the goods.
Immediately report all non-conformities and discrepancies to QA, including damaged goods, temperature deviation, label issues, and quantity mismatches.
Dispatch Operations
Use RF scanners to validate Pick Lists, pallet tags, and Sales Orders prior to dispatch.
Re-check product condition, labels, packaging, temperature, and tag accuracy before loading.
Inspect outbound delivery vehicles to ensure:
No remaining load or foreign materials.
No unwanted or foul odor inside the cargo area.
The vehicle is clean, dry, and cold-chain compliant.
Supervise loading activities in accordance with WMS dispatch sequence and QA protocols.
Secure completion of all dispatch documentation.
Hand over the Delivery Report (DR) and Gate Pass to the trucker or customer representative before releasing the vehicle.
Record vehicle departure times and update WMS accordingly.
WMS and Inventory Accuracy
Ensure all receiving and dispatch transactions are processed using RF scanners and WMS workflows for real-time traceability.
Follow system-generated instructions for pallet location, order preparation, and dispatch sequencing.
Support stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory variance investigations.
Accurately complete required logs including temperature records, receiving reports, dispatch logs, and NCRs.
Food Safety & Compliance
Adhere to HACCP, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), and 5S standards.
Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate PPE during operations.
Ensure handling procedures maintain product quality and cold chain integrity.
Escalate all non-conformities immediately to QA for assessment and resolution.
Support internal and regulatory audits through accurate documentation and compliance behavior.
Communication & Coordination
Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, QA/QC, Inventory Control, and drivers.
Report issues promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Assist in training new staff in proper scanning, QA inspection, and WMS-compliant workflows.
Participate in daily huddles and shift turnovers as required.
Qualifications
At least high school graduate; Senior High School or vocational graduate preferred.
At least 2 years in warehouse operations, cold storage, or food distribution environment.
Experience in RF scanning, barcode-based inventory systems, and WMS is highly desirable.
Proficient in using RF scanners and basic WMS interfaces.
Familiar with temperature monitoring tools and pallet tagging systems.
Knowledge of food safety handling, QA/QC inspection, and dispatch controls.
Excellent attention to detail and process compliance.
Physically fit to work in cold environments.
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
