About The Team

Warehouse Recon Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and investigating discrepancies to maintain an efficient and reliable warehouse operation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various operations teams to support warehouse accuracy.

Job Description

  • Strategize the team to perform regular audits to verify warehouse inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Update inventory management systems with adjustments and corrections as needed.
  • Conducts reconciliation of incoming and outgoing items and/ or orders to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff and stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies contributing to discrepancies.
  • Manage and monitor personnel assigned to the team.
  • Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities.
  • Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Conduct regular reports in relation to assigned tasks accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and identify reconcilable items and discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Ability to manage multiple reconciliation tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Willingness to be assigned to different warehouse locations or operational areas as needed.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
