Responsibilities

Picker / Dispatcher

Check and Dispatch items to respective forwarder per area a
Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantities.
Pick orders per assigned task
Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
Quality Control:

Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
Ensure that items meet quality standards and specifications.
Equipment Operation:

Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols while using equipment.
Communication:

Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to address any picking issues or concerns.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Adherence to Procedures:

Follow established picking procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and safety regulations.
Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the work area organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency.
Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.
Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
With basic knowledge in warehousing operation
