Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse Ecommerce)
We are looking for hardworking, organized, and dependable individuals to join our operations team as a
Fulfillment Associate.
The role is responsible for picking, checking, sorting, and packing customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. The position also supports warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations as needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Pick, check, sort, and pack customer orders accurately
- Ensure products are complete, properly packed, and ready for dispatch
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory-related tasks
- Support dispatch preparation and courier handovers
- Perform operational support and office errands when needed
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, or fulfillment operations is an advantage but not required
- Familiarity with WMS or OMS is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related tasks
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and learn company processes properly
