What You'll Do:
- Improvements and guidelines - Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes for efficiency.
- Process Documentation and Governance - Develop, update and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Logistics Operations.
- Ensure Compliance - Stay up to date with and ensure adherence to relevant regulations standards.
- Team Development and Strategic Support - Foster collaboration across different stakeholders to ensure aligned, efficient and effective logistics operations execution.
- Reporting and Analysis - Collect data, write reports on logistics performance and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Customer Service - Handle internal customers inquiries and complaints related to shipments, providing timely and accurate updates on delivery status
- System Management - Ensure that all systems and process improveme nts align with the business objectives and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments.
- Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to do fieldwork and report onsite in BGC, Taguig.
