Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process Requests for Repair (RRFs)
  • Prepare Job Orders (JOs) and ensure completeness of documents
  • Maintain and update Vendor Masterfile
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, parts, and services
  • Process payments via Enterbill / ATD
  • Install and manage RFID and GPS systems
  • Update records using Google Sheets and Laravel
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of fleet data

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related or relevant course
  • With experience in administrative, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must know how to drive (with valid drivers license)
  • Must have knowledge of car and/or motorcycle parts
